Platform Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the Miramagna platform. They explain the rights and responsibilities of both you, as a user, and the platform operator. Read them carefully before creating an account, entering the platform or making a transaction. Your acceptance forms a legally enforceable agreement with the other party.

When you sign up, sign in, use any platform function or otherwise interact with Miramagna, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use. The service is restricted to people aged 18 or above. Minors and anyone without the required legal capacity must not use it. Where age or eligibility cannot be verified, access may be limited and an account may be suspended or terminated.

Access to the platform may from time to time be affected by technical faults, planned maintenance, software releases or broader service interruptions. Market volatility, unusually high system demand and events outside our reasonable control can also create delays or downtime. We aim to provide reliable access, but uninterrupted service cannot be promised. Miramagna may add, amend or remove features, algorithms, market information, pricing information or supported markets without creating a right to bring a claim.

Content made available through the platform—including written material, images, graphics, software, algorithms, trade marks, logos and AI-generated analysis—is protected by copyright, trade mark rights and other intellectual property protections owned by Miramagna or its licensors. You must not reproduce, share, publish or commercially exploit it without our prior written consent. Breaches may lead to civil proceedings or criminal action.

All information you submit must be accurate, complete and current, including your identity, contact details and payment information. Incorrect, incomplete or outdated details may lead to access restrictions, withdrawal limits or legal proceedings. We handle personal information under our privacy policy and applicable UK data protection requirements, including the UK GDPR, using appropriate safeguards and transparent processing practices.

You remain solely responsible for every investment or trading decision made through Miramagna, whether placed personally or generated using AI automation, together with any resulting consequences. Miramagna supplies software and trading tools only and does not provide tailored financial advice, investment recommendations or promises of profit. Shares, cryptoassets and other markets may fluctuate substantially, and you could lose all of the money invested. Previous performance does not reliably predict future results. Use only funds you can afford to lose.

We may revise or supplement these Terms when needed, including because of regulatory updates, technological progress or changing market circumstances. Where reasonably practicable, we will normally give at least 14 days’ notice before changes take effect, using email, an in-platform message or a notice on the website. If you continue using the service after the effective date, you will be treated as having accepted the revised Terms. For a material change, you may choose to close your account.

Straightforward information and user safeguards guide our approach. Our measures include current encryption, periodic reviews, segregated client funds and thorough KYC/AML checks. Use of the platform and transactions are documented in a transparent, auditable manner. We aim to deal with users fairly and responsibly, with protecting your confidence remaining an ongoing priority.
